Duties and Responsibilities:
•Enhance and maintain the patient facing and internal applications by applying principles, practices and  procedures to plan, design, develop and support systems and projects.
•Conduct research and analysis and present findings to the ICT Directory of the Collaborative for review  to be used for project execution or for project planning for grant writing stages of projects.
•Carry out the continuous improvement of various mHealth (mobile health) projects for research.
•Research, test and practice newer technologies as applicable to newly proposed/funded mHealth  projects.

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field and two (2) years of related experience required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.

Required Skills:
•2 years in Software Development
•Knowledge of PHP Laravel, Angular, Ionic, HTML, JavaScript, CSS
•Version control experience, Git is a plus
•Ability to test and debug software
•Linux operation system exposure
•Understands relational database design and systems
•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math or related
