Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large Oracle EBS R12 transformation projects, including migrating from Non-Oracle ERP systems to Oracle R12, ensuring timely delivery, scope management, and risk mitigation.
• Work closely with ASDMs, Account Managers, and Customer leadership teams to identify and address potential risks, ensuring successful program execution.
• Drive regular status meetings and reports with customer stakeholders to provide updates on project delivery progress.
• Coordinate with internal teams to track and report on project quality metrics, ensuring alignment with quality standards.
• Manage resources, including project managers and technical teams, to ensure effective allocation and project delivery.
• Collaborate with PMO and Competency teams on resource planning, allocation, and release strategies to ensure the right resources are available for project needs.

Required Qualifications

• 18+ years in IT, with 7+ years of experience managing Oracle EBS projects/programs.
• Proven experience leading large-scale Oracle EBS R12 migrations, specifically from non-Oracle ERP systems.
• Experience as a Techno-Functional Consultant in Oracle EBS R12, with expertise in both technical and functional domains.
• Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to handle complex, cross-functional projects.
• Experience in resource management, including planning, allocation, and tracking of resources.
• Strong ability to identify and mitigate risks in large-scale projects.
• Familiarity with PMO methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and resource management tools.
• Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
