Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end project execution across multiple products, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Take ownership of complex, cross-functional technology initiatives involving 75+ teams, navigating dependencies and managing risks effectively.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align project goals, priorities, and resources while providing clear and consistent updates.
• Drive project planning, including defining milestones, timelines, and resource needs.
• Oversee the resolution of risks and issues, ensuring proactive management of project challenges.
• Provide strong leadership and mentorship, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency across the organization.

Job Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Principal Technical Program Management and Engineering Management roles.
• Expertise in development and test automation, with hands-on technical proficiency.
• Strong techno-functional expertise, capable of managing multi-product, multi-disciplinary projects.
• Proven experience in project planning, risk & issue management, and leading cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication skills and a strong ability to lead and influence at all organizational levels.
