Roles and Responsibilities

The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations, coordinating projects, and ensuring successful delivery of programs. They will collaborate with various stakeholders to define project requirements, develop project plans, monitor progress, and address any issues or risks. The Program Manager will also be responsible for tracking program performance, analyzing data, and using insights to drive continuous improvement.

• Must have the skills/ability to manage and move different life cycle phases of the projects.
• Needs to coordinate Production transfers b/w different partner set up
• Preferred to have worked in semiconductor industry.
• Must overlap with Asia and San Jose time to work as a link b/w onshore and offshore
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in San Jose and Taiwan to ensure alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Good presentation skills.
• Required Experience in Test and reliability in Semiconductors.
