Key Responsibilities

• Identifies and resolves technical problems, leads system and tool enhancements and implementations, and oversees daily operational tickets and issues.
• Manages and develops user guidance documentation and conducts training for creative & cross-functional teams.
• Creates and compiles creative program and project reports as requested for the needs of the business.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, including milestones, deliverables, resources, and timelines.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring proactive resolution of issues.
• Monitor project budgets and resource allocation, tracking expenditures and ensuring financial accountability.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 5 years of experience in Salesforce and Workfront operational duties under an enterprise umbrella.
• 5+ years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate teams and drive results.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet).
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
