Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive program plan that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Oversee multiple projects within the program to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Proactively identifying areas of focus, providing analysis and insight on key human capital topics to support the objectives of the business, and helping to increase the effectiveness of the entire organization
• Outstanding data analysis and quantitative skills, including attention to detail and ability to manage various data points.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact program delivery.

Qualifications/Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  
• 3 years of professional experience providing analytics, statistics, consulting, or other related fields.
• Experience in providing advisory services/consulting in workforce planning or people analytics space.
• Proven experience in using Tableau or other data visualization software to build and present insights through visual analysis.
  
• Experience with analytics software (e.g., R, Python, Alteryx) and/or SQL language would be advantageous.
• Project management experience around implementing analytics/technology solutions through consulting with various business stakeholders.
