Job Summary

• Lead a strategic client account, ensuring the successful delivery of large-scale product development programs and identifying new business opportunities.
• Build strong client relationships with excellent communication, negotiation, and trust-building skills.
• Deliver clear, data-driven status updates to client leadership, including CIO-level reporting.
• Manage all product development phases, ensuring adherence to best practices (CI/CD, DevOps, Automated Testing).
• Support technical discussions with knowledge of web architecture, cloud platforms, and data solutions.
• Lead Agile product development with multiple scrum teams, managing backlogs, sprint planning, and ceremonies.
• Coordinate with offshore teams to deliver complex programs.
• Focus on product, functional, and technical details to ensure quality outcomes.
• Experience in payment processing, settlement, or commission processing in hospitality or financial services is a plus.
