Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement program strategies and objectives in alignment with the organization's goals.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of multiple programs, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Manage cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication among team members.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, and develop contingency plans when necessary.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure program success.
• Monitor and report on program progress, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Continuously evaluate program performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in program management or a similar role.
• Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex programs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
