Primary Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale, cross-functional programs within Agile/SAFe frameworks.
• Coordinate across multiple Scrum teams to ensure alignment on program goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Manage program roadmaps, risks, and dependencies, while proactively addressing blockers and ensuring continuous progress.
• Drive communication and collaboration across teams, stakeholders, and leadership to maintain transparency and shared understanding.
• Monitor program performance using Agile tracking tools such as JIRA and Confluence; report metrics and progress to stakeholders.
• Support software release planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Facilitate effective Agile ceremonies at the program level, including PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and retrospectives.
• Champion Agile best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience managing complex programs in Agile/SAFe environments.
• Deep knowledge of Scrum methodology, Agile frameworks, and enterprise release coordination.
• Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, and other Agile project tracking/reporting tools.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-impact programs on time and with a focus on quality.
