Responsibilities

• Work with business stakeholders to understand goals, business processes, and project requirements
• Coordinate with designers to translate requirements into wireframes and visual design
• Coordinate with writers to deliver compelling content
• Participate in design and concept stakeholder reviews for approval
• Attend daily stand-ups and story writing sessions participate in UAT, and sign off on UI elements and overall experience, as part of an agile development team
• Participate in team demos, and feedback/testing sessions
• Monitor key metrics and report on project successes and areas for improvement
• Provide regular status updates and presentations.

Required Skills

• Have extensive experience successfully delivering complex digital projects (Web, Mobile App, Push notification, and Email)
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to build interpersonal relationships with team members and cross-functional colleagues.
• Be adept at handling difficult situations with flexibility and grace
• Be experienced in metric tracking, analysis, and reporting
• Have dedication to customer service and the flexibility to meet the demands of assigned projects with enthusiasm and passion for getting the job done
• Be able to multitask and maintain higher performance under extreme pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Agile Product Owner certifications or UX certifications are a plus.
