Key Responsibilities

• Write, manage, and prioritize epics and user stories in an Agile environment, ensuring they are clearly defined and aligned with business goals.
• Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and QA responsibilities, including end-to-end testing to ensure product quality and functionality.
• Manage integrations with internal and external systems, with a general understanding of API
• Map business processes, user workflows, and technical design workflows to ensure comprehensive understanding and alignment.
• Collaborate with other product owners and developers, leveraging technical knowledge to address and solve business problems.
• Prioritize and manage conflicting needs, effectively communicating with stakeholders and leadership to ensure alignment and clarity.
• Lead a collaborative development team, provide direction, and facilitate business and leadership-facing workshops, discovery sessions, and product demos with minimal guidance.
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience as a product owner with writing, managing, and accepting epics and user stories in an Agile environment
• Experience with User Acceptance Testing and QA responsibilities, including end-to-end testing
• Experience managing integrations, both internal and external facing - general API knowledge (gRPC, Kafka)
• Experience with mapping both business process, user workflows and technical design workflows
• Technical background - main application stakeholders are other product owners and developers
• Ability to understand a business problem or ask and translate it into implementation requirements
• Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting needs and communicate with stakeholders and leadership 
• Ability to lead a collaborative development team and provide direction
• Able to facilitate business and leadership-facing workshops, discovery sessions, and product demos with little direction.
