We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Owner with a strong background in customer-facing web applications. As a key member of our Agile team, you will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and designers to define and deliver high-impact features that enhance our customer experience and drive business value.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Serve as the voice of the customer and business in the Agile team.
• Define, write, and prioritize user stories and product backlog items.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product increments.
• Ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Participate actively in SAFe / Agile ceremonies, including PI planning, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Provide clear guidance and accept final deliverables to ensure features meet requirements and deliver value.
• Maintain a well-groomed backlog and continuously refine it based on stakeholder feedback and technical input.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner, preferably in a customer-facing environment.
• Proven experience working on development initiatives, ideally involving websites or digital products.
• Strong skills in developing and articulating user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience working in a SAFe / Agile environment is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and web development processes.
• Certification in SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) or equivalent is a plus.
