Key Responsibilities

• Set and communicate a clear product vision to team members and relevant stakeholders 
• Lead business and technical development teams through the agile development lifecycle 
• Responsible for improving search accuracy, search relevance, and shopping engagement 
• Utilize knowledge of guest insights and stakeholder needs to create epics and user stories and acceptance criteria for their team, while maintaining a groomed product backlog.
• Advocate for business stakeholders by providing timely actionable insights.
• Facilitate release planning with stakeholders as well as required product demos
• Develop Agile best practices and engage in the spirit of continuous improvement

Skills and Competencies

• Strong experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.), and the ability to lead and collaborate effectively within cross-functional Agile teams.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and clearly articulate product strategies and objectives.
• Ability to define and prioritize epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria based on business value and user insights.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Experience with Agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) for backlog management, sprint planning, and tracking progress.
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, search engine optimization (SEO), and improving user engagement metrics.
