Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Own the product roadmap and strategy for telecommunication products (e.g., network services, OSS/BSS solutions, 5G products, IoT connectivity).
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and market trends in the telecom sector.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, marketing, and operations to deliver high-quality products.
  • Define detailed product requirements and user stories; prioritize features based on business value and customer feedback.
  • Lead product development lifecycle: planning, execution, testing, and release.
  • Manage stakeholder communication and expectations, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Support go-to-market strategies, pricing, and product positioning.
  • Stay updated on emerging telecom technologies, regulatory changes, and industry standards.
  • Manage product P&L and ensure profitability and growth targets are met.

 

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of product management experience, preferably in the telecommunication industry.
  • Strong understanding of telecom technologies such as LTE, 5G, VoIP, fiber optics, OSS/BSS systems, network infrastructure, etc.
  • Proven track record of launching and managing telecom products or services.
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business value propositions.
  • Experience with product lifecycle management tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.) is a plus.
