Responsibilities

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs and competitive landscape
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and features
• Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond
• Track and analyze product performance metrics to ensure alignment with business goals
• Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on products

Requirements and Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager
• Strong understanding of product development process and methodologies
• Experience with market research, competitive analysis, and user research
• Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to think strategically and analytically
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools
• Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
• Experience with specific industries or product categories
