Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, including ideation, development, launch, and iteration.
• Develop and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver successful products.
• Conduct market research, gather and analyze customer insights, and use data to inform product decisions.
• Define and prioritize product features, create user stories, and ensure a smooth execution of product development.
• Monitor and evaluate product performance post-launch, gathering feedback and iterating to enhance user experience.

Requirements & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 5 to 7 years of proven experience in product management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work across multiple teams.
• Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and their impact on product development.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
