Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Product Strategy & Vision: Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Salesforce products, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Salesforce Expertise: Leverage your deep knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce products to drive product enhancements, configurations, and solutions.
  • Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to gather business and technical requirements, and translate them into actionable user stories and features for development teams.
  • Agile Methodology: Lead the product development lifecycle using Agile and Scrum methodologies, ensuring timely delivery of product increments and meeting business milestones.
  • Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for product improvements or new features.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure product success and optimize customer experiences.
  • Customer Focus: Gather customer feedback, analyze customer needs, and prioritize product features that deliver the highest value.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and ROI of product initiatives.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Engineering, etc.).
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in technical product management, customer relationship management, or working with Salesforce products, systems, or applications.
  • Salesforce Expertise: Proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce platforms. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder) are a plus.
  • Product Management Skills: Strong experience in requirements gathering, defining business and functional requirements, product lifecycle management, and competitive analysis.
  • Methodologies: Familiarity and hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with experience in business analysis, market research, and return on investment (ROI) analysis.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to identify problems, evaluate options, and develop innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
