Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, focusing on online channels and Transaction Banking/Payments products.
Deep understanding of RTP (Real-Time Payments) and FedNow requirements, operating rules, and format specifications to drive product development.
Translate client needs and market demands into business and technical requirements, collaborating with development, marketing, and operations teams.
Design and prioritize product features, ensuring alignment with customer needs, business objectives, and compliance standards.
Lead and conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for product improvement or innovation.
Develop and deliver clear, concise, and impactful presentations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, adjusting the level of detail based on the audience.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, marketing, compliance, and sales, to ensure successful product delivery.
Utilize data-driven insights to monitor product performance, iterate on features, and identify potential enhancements.
Provide thought leadership and guidance to team members and stakeholders on industry trends, product opportunities, and market requirements.
Stay informed of changes and emerging trends in the payment systems landscape, including cross-border payments, blockchain technologies, and digital banking.
Required Skills and Qualifications
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
A minimum of 5-10 years of Product Management experience, with a focus on technology products in Transaction Banking, Payments, or related fields.
Strong understanding of RTP and FedNow systems, including operating rules, technical specifications, and implementation requirements.
Proven experience in translating customer and client needs into business and technical requirements.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to analyze market data, trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for new product features or improvements.
Background in cross-border payments or experience with global payment systems is highly desirable.
Experience with blockchain technologies and their potential applications in payments is a plus.
Spanish language skills are a plus but not required.
