Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Blue Yonder WMS product lifecycle, from strategy to execution.
• Work closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and clients to gather requirements and translate them into actionable product plans.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of WMS solutions.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure product delivery aligns with customer needs and business goals.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of WMS systems, implementing improvements as needed.
• Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor solutions.
• Manage product roadmaps, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback and business value.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive successful product launches.
• Provide expertise and guidance on Blue Yonder WMS capabilities and best practices.

Required Experience & Skills

• Proven experience with Blue Yonder WMS (essential).
• Exposure to Manhattan WMS (desired).
• Strong understanding of warehouse management systems and logistics operations.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience in managing the full product lifecycle in an agile environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
