Job Description
Key Responsibilities
  • Understand licensing structures to develop effective negotiation strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align purchasing decisions with product roadmaps and organizational goals.
  • Manage vendor initiatives, including RFx processes, supplier selection, and contract negotiations.
  • Analyze company spending to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement sourcing initiatives.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including NDAs, MSAs, SaaS agreements, order forms, and SOWs.
  • Work on amendments to existing contracts and ensure compliance with overarching Master Service Agreements (MSAs).
  • Collaborate with Legal, Corporate Accounting, and Risk and Compliance teams on contract reviews and corporate compliance issues.
  • Address any legal concerns related to contracts, including threatened or actual litigation.

 

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or contract management.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS licensing structures and negotiation strategies.
  • Proven experience in drafting and negotiating contracts and agreements.
  • Excellent analytical skills to assess company spending and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with spend management tools and procurement software is a plus.
