The primary role of the Corporate Actions Manager is to supervise the front to back processing of Corporate Action & Income Processing events for the US region.
You will be required to approve asset movements (cash + stock), produce various risk reporting, and supervise daily tasks timely and efficiently.
You will also be expected to be an escalation point of contact for any Business Partners or Operations colleagues when such situations arise.
Experience in Asset Servicing, specific to a retail client base is required.
You should be familiar with current market practices and policies, including (but not limited to) liability notices, manufactured income, partial calls, & physical securities handling and processing.
