Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end process assessments to identify issues, opportunities, and best-practice improvements.
• Develop, plan, and implement process strategies that enable operational efficiency and support future-state business models.
• Analyze process performance using data and analytics tools (Power BI, Power Query, VBA) to drive optimization and recommend practical, continuous-improvement solutions.
• Lead and support cross-functional initiatives, applying process engineering and project-management expertise to guide teams through solution design and execution.
• Create detailed process maps, document future-state processes, and validate solution designs and test results with business partners.
• Conduct research, synthesize multiple data sources, and co-create innovative client journeys that deliver measurable value.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business needs and departmental strategy.
• Foster a collaborative environment, gathering feedback and partnering with internal clients to define service visions and bring new experiences to life.

Qualifications & Skills

• Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt).
• Experience in process engineering, operations, strategy development, organizational design, or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to decipher complex problems and communicate insights clearly.
• Proficiency with data/analytics tools such as Power BI, Power Query, and VBA.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to influence and build relationships across teams.
• Demonstrated ability to embrace change, lead initiatives, and resolve organizational or operational issues.
• Values-driven professional who models trust, teamwork, and accountability.
