Job Summary

Seeking a Process Design Analyst responsible for documenting, managing, and optimizing operational processes. The role focuses on process improvement, governance, documentation standards, process control, and ensuring adherence to organizational frameworks and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

* Analyze, design, document, and improve business processes to drive operational efficiency and reduce costs and cycle times.
* Develop and maintain current-state and future-state process roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
* Act as a liaison between business, technology, and operational teams to ensure process alignment and effectiveness.
* Define, monitor, and report on process performance metrics, service levels, and operational goals.
* Manage process documentation repositories, standards, templates, and process libraries.
* Establish and maintain process control plans to ensure compliance and consistency.
* Benchmark processes against enterprise standards and industry best practices.
* Conduct regular process reviews and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
* Support governance activities and ensure adherence to established processes and tools.
* Communicate process updates, changes, and enhancements to stakeholders.
* Prepare process documentation, presentations, and reports for leadership and operational teams.
