Role and Responsibilities

• Will be responsible for analysis/implementation (coding) of client/project requirements.
• Be an individual contributor, capable of taking up tasks from start to end with minimal assistance.
• Will be part of on-call engineer rotation to monitor the production servers and services.
• Identify gaps in current processes and suggest process improvements.
• Follows SDLC as a key portion of the software development lifecycle
• Must be willing to participate in team production support on-call responsibilities as well as development on team maintenance tasks. 

Required Experience

• Must have professional development experience in the following languages: C, C++, Pro *C, Oracle PL/SQL.
• Must have worked in Unix/Linux-based operating systems.
• Experience working with Oracle Tuxedo application server.
• Must have experience in full lifecycle development and end-to-end testing.
• Experience with configuration management and build automation capabilities such as Git/Jenkins
• Experience with scripting languages such as Bash Shell, Python, or PowerShell
• Experience with functional programming and functional programming design patterns.
