Job Responsibilities

• Implement and manage Prisma Cloud security solutions, ensuring secure cloud infrastructure and seamless integration with other security tools and platforms.
• Utilize Strata Cloud Manager to monitor, configure, and manage Palo Alto Networks firewalls and cloud-based security services.
• Deploy and manage Zscaler security solutions to optimize network security, including secure internet access and SD-WAN configurations.
• Design and implement security best practices for cloud environments, leveraging Prisma and Zscaler solutions to secure workloads and networks across multiple cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Identify, analyze, and respond to security incidents, ensuring that issues are addressed promptly and appropriately.
• Perform regular health checks and optimization of existing security solutions, troubleshoot issues, and apply fixes or enhancements.
• Work closely with IT teams, network engineers, and cloud architects to align security requirements with business needs and operational goals.
• Maintain detailed documentation on security configurations, architecture, and operational procedures. Provide training and knowledge transfer to internal teams as needed.
• Ensure that security solutions meet compliance standards and industry best practices. Assist in preparing security reports for management and stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in IT security with hands-on experience in Palo Alto Networks solutions (including Strata Cloud Manager), Prisma, and Zscaler.
• Strong understanding of cloud security architecture and best practices, specifically within Prisma Cloud.
• Solid background in configuring and managing Palo Alto firewalls and related security technologies.
• Practical experience with deploying, managing, and optimizing Zscaler security solutions, including secure internet access and cloud firewalling.
• Experience handling security incidents and vulnerabilities, with a strong understanding of how to mitigate risks in cloud and hybrid environments.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve complex security-related issues.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Network Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
