Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP ATTP Consultant at a Principal level to support end-to-end consulting, solution design, and implementation activities. The role involves working across business process consulting, solution architecture, configuration, deployment, and integration within complex enterprise environments, particularly in regulated industries such as life sciences or pharmaceuticals.
The consultant will play a key role in defining business problems, designing solutions, guiding implementation teams, and supporting project delivery and stakeholder engagement.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and support SAP ATTP solution design, configuration, and implementation activities
- Work on business process consulting, requirement analysis, and solution architecture
- Support end-to-end project lifecycle including development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
- Guide teams on project deliverables, processes, and best practices
- Support integration of SAP ATTP with SAP EWM and other enterprise systems
- Participate in solution validation, troubleshooting, and deployment activities
- Contribute to proposal development, client training, and internal capability building
- Coordinate effectively between onsite and offshore teams
- Engage with senior stakeholders and support high-impact communication
Required Skills & Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in SAP consulting and implementation
- Strong expertise in SAP ATTP (Advanced Track and Trace for Pharmaceuticals)
- Experience in SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management), including inbound/outbound processes, physical inventory, RF transactions, HU management, and production integration
- Strong understanding of SAP integration with modules such as SD, MM, PP, and QM
- Experience with SAP ATTP processes including master data, manufacturing, distribution, and government reporting
- Experience integrating SAP ATTP with systems such as ECC, EWM, MES, and other external systems using interfaces (PI, ALE, etc.)
- Strong understanding of regulated environments including GxP and SOX compliance
- Experience working in life sciences or pharmaceutical domain preferred
- Familiarity with tools such as Solution Manager, ServiceNow, and HP ALM
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage senior stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
