We are seeking a Principal Technology Architect / Senior Java Developer with 10+ years of experience in Java, Microservices, API development, and automation. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot, REST APIs, Kafka, and automated testing frameworks, along with the ability to lead project delivery, manage teams, and communicate effectively with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable Java backend applications using Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
- Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and event-driven services using Kafka.
- Develop and maintain automation frameworks for UI, API, and backend testing.
- Create automated test scripts using Selenium, TestNG, and REST Assured.
- Ensure application quality through automated testing, code reviews, and quality engineering practices.
- Participate in architecture discussions and provide technical guidance to development and QA teams.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver project solutions.
- Lead project deliverables and ensure timely, high-quality execution.
- Manage and mentor team members while coordinating technical activities.
- Identify and resolve technical issues and ensure adherence to development and quality standards.
