Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of AI/ML models and systems, ensuring high performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with business partners to define strategies that enhance digital transformation and align technology with business goals.
• Architect IT solutions and define the tech stack to support business roadmaps and long-term strategies.
• Create and implement technical frameworks and setups to ensure successful execution of AI/ML initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior team members, promoting best practices in AI/ML development.
• Continuously evaluate and improve AI/ML system performance, identifying opportunities for optimization.

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience with AI/ML technologies, including NLP, LLM, RAG, and Generative AI.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Typescript, and Node.js, with experience in full-stack development.
• Solid understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, React, GraphQL, and modern software development tools.
• Experience with continuous integration, automated testing, and modern identity and access management protocols like OAuth 2.0 and OIDC.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to lead projects and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
