We are seeking a Practice Manager with extensive experience in Data Architecture, Cloud Migration, and Data Engineering. You will lead large-scale migration projects from on-premise to cloud, focusing on AWS and GCP platforms. Key responsibilities include designing data solutions, overseeing migration efforts, and ensuring high-quality delivery across teams.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead data migration and modernization projects (on-prem to cloud).
• Design data architecture and data lake/warehouse solutions using AWS (Redshift, S3, Aurora) and GCP (BigQuery, Cloud SQL).
• Provide technical leadership and ensure smooth execution of cloud-based data solutions.
• Oversee coding, testing, and reporting on project progress.

Required Skills & Experience

• 15+ years in Data Architecture and Data Engineering.
• 10+ years in data migration and cloud projects.
• Expertise in AWS and GCP (Redshift, S3, DynamoDB, BigQuery).
• Strong experience in data warehouse/lake design and migration.
• Proven leadership in coding, testing, and reporting on cloud data initiatives.
