Role and Responsibilities

• Triage, commissioning, and testing of internal combustion and high voltage vehicle propulsion systems.
  
• Analyzing current issues at a propulsion system level and eventual issues coming from interaction with other nodes in the vehicle development process.
  
• Responsible for performing powertrain debugging and investigating software/calibration issues on pre-production vehicles.
  
• Perform first-level analysis for each issue including data collection and data analysis.
  
• Coordinate with the stakeholders like the vehicle build team, SW/Calibrators, and EE wiring team to resolve the issues.
  
• Provide structured feedback on the issues that are triaged to the immediate supervisors and other stakeholders.
  

Required Qualifications

• Experience in triage or testing of Powertrain or Electrified Powertrain applications.
• Hands-on experience with ETAS INCA, Vector CANalyzer, VFLASH etc.
• Experience in analyzing data and interpreting results.
• knowledge of microcontrollers, BEV, HEV, and PHEV architectures.
• Basic understanding of electrical and automotive engineering
