We are seeking an experienced PowerBI Developer with 5 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining advanced data visualization solutions using Microsoft Power BI. This role requires strong analytical skills, extensive experience with data manipulation, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop interactive, user-friendly Power BI reports and dashboards to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, analyze data sources, and define KPIs.
• Develop and maintain data models, data connections, and datasets to support business intelligence and reporting needs.
• Implement data transformation and manipulation using Power Query, DAX, and other advanced data modeling techniques.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies, performance issues, and other technical challenges.
• Establish and maintain best practices, guidelines, and governance for Power BI development within the organization.
• Provide training and support to business users to enable self-service analytics.
• Keep up-to-date with new features and improvements in Power BI and related technologies, and make recommendations for enhancements.
• Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure data quality, security, and compliance with relevant regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in developing Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Strong knowledge of Power Query, DAX, and other data modeling techniques.
• Experience with SQL, relational databases, and data warehousing concepts.
• Proficient in data analysis, visualization, and presentation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Familiarity with other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, QlikView) is a plus.
• Knowledge of data privacy and security best practices.
