Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to gather and understand their business requirements for reporting and data visualization using Power BI.
• Design, develop, and implement Power BI solutions that provide actionable insights and support decision-making for clients.
• Create visually appealing and user-friendly reports, dashboards, and data models in Power BI.
• Advise clients on best practices for data visualization, Power BI functionalities, and data governance strategies.
• Provide expertise in transforming and cleansing data, optimizing data models, and ensuring data accuracy within Power BI.
• Train and mentor junior team members and client personnel in Power BI functionalities and best practices.
• Engage in continuous learning and exploration of new Power BI features and capabilities.

Requirements & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field with a focus on Power BI.
• Proficiency in developing Power BI reports and dashboards with strong data visualization skills.
• In-depth understanding of DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and M (Power Query Formula Language).
• Experience in data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Project management skills to handle multiple client engagements and meet deadlines.
• Relevant Power BI certifications are a plus, demonstrating a strong understanding of the platform's capabilities.
