Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models using data from Salesforce and other sources.
• Connect Power BI to Salesforce using connectors and APIs, and ensure real-time or scheduled data refreshes.
• Translate complex business requirements into actionable insights.
• Perform data wrangling, modeling, and DAX calculations to support analysis.
• Optimize performance of Power BI reports and visualizations.
• Work with cross-functional teams including business analysts, Salesforce admins, and data engineers.
• Maintain documentation and ensure data governance and security best practices.
• Troubleshoot data and report issues, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Power BI development, including DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, including Salesforce object structure, APIs, and data export/import.
• Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Azure SQL, or similar).
• Experience with data integration tools (e.g., Power Automate, Azure Data Factory, Talend) is a plus.
• Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
