Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced data models in Power BI that effectively represent healthcare dynamics and patient outcomes.
• Develop interactive visualizations and dashboards that provide meaningful insights for healthcare professionals.
• Utilize DAX functions for custom calculations and advanced analytics within Power BI to enhance reporting capabilities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data privacy standards in all BI solutions and practices.
• Optimize data sources and performance for Power BI reports and dashboards, ensuring fast and reliable access to information.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to maximize the utilization of Power BI tools and features.
• Stay updated on Power BI best practices, trends, and advancements in healthcare analytics to continually improve solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience as a certified Power BI Architect, with a focus on healthcare provider data.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including complex modeling and DAX functions for custom calculations.
• Strong understanding of healthcare data standards, regulations, and privacy concerns.
• Experience with data integration from various sources, including EMRs, databases, and cloud services.
• Proven ability to design intuitive and user-friendly dashboards that communicate complex data effectively.
• Familiarity with other data visualization tools and technologies is a plus (e.g., Tableau, Qlik).
