Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using Power Platform Components.
• Explaining the requirements, functionality, design & framework to onsite & offshore team members.
• Analyze and document the business process to identify automation opportunities as well as optimization opportunities for existing automation.
• Meeting with the client project manager for planning deliverables, timeline, resource estimation, etc.
• Utilizes appropriate tools and/or develops custom solutions as required to meet objectives.
• Identifies areas for process improvement.
• Support the solution through deployment and operations.

Qualifications

• Must have experience of 8+ years on Power Automate cloud flows and desktop flows ( Robotic Process Automation).
• Minimum 8+ years of Senior programming level experience involving some architecture and high-level design.
• Must have experience with Power Apps (Canvas App, Model Driven App & Power Pages), Dataverse, Custom & Standard connectors.
• Should have experience in working in agile teams.
• Good to have working experience in Process mining, task mining, etc.
• Stay updated on Power Platform features and industry best practices · 
• Should have experience in developing SQLs. Knowledge in Oracle, DB2.
• Should have Retail domain experience to understand the business requirement.
