Job Description
Required Technical / Functional Skills
  • Lead portfolio, program, and project management for complex, cross-functional technology initiatives.
  • Own intake, demand management, prioritization, and alignment to enterprise strategic objectives.
  • Apply Agile and DevOps practices to ensure predictable, high-quality delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Provide technical and delivery governance across engineering teams to ensure execution quality.
  • Drive large-scale cloud transformation programs, including AWS and GCP adoption.
  • Develop and execute strategic roadmaps, operating models, and governance frameworks.
  • Design and optimize delivery processes to improve efficiency, transparency, and flow of work.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate delivery, operational, and technology risks.
  • Establish governance standards, KPIs, and reporting for portfolio visibility and performance tracking.
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Operate effectively in regulated, enterprise-scale environments.
  • Lead delivery of complex, multi-stream cloud programs across AWS and GCP.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to manage stakeholder expectations and drive alignment.
  • Provide sufficient technical oversight to validate engineering outputs and ensure delivery integrity.
  • Act as an Agile delivery expert focused on flow efficiency and engineering productivity.
  • Drive execution using Kanban and Scrum; facilitate stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
  • Ensure strong governance across multiple value streams and engineering teams.
Generic Managerial Skills
  • 8+ years of professional software engineering and delivery experience.
  • Strong expertise in Agile and DevOps methodologies.
  • Proven experience managing multiple engineering teams and large-scale portfolios.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, and decision facilitation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead governance, portfolio oversight, and value stream delivery.
