Lead global PLM and supply chain process improvement initiatives across design, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, fulfillment, and after-sales service.
Drive Siemens Teamcenter implementation, configuration, and enhancement activities to support global operations.
Define and implement PLM data strategies and data foundation use cases to improve enterprise-wide business processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, IT, and Business stakeholders) to align PLM systems with business objectives.
Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) process improvements and ensure PLM data readiness for global scale.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions, including integration and data platform requirements.
Identify high-impact use cases where PLM data can drive measurable improvements; develop business cases, POCs, and scale solutions across the enterprise.
Design and implement process efficiency improvements through data processing and automation.
Manage end-to-end project delivery including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
Create and maintain documentation, SOPs, and process standards.
Present complex technical concepts and project updates to executive leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, etc.).
5–7+ years of experience leading global supply chain initiatives in the electronics industry.
Hands-on experience with Siemens Teamcenter.
Deep knowledge of PLM systems and enterprise operations, including NPI, manufacturing, and supply chain processes.
Strong understanding of PLM data usage across enterprise, manufacturing, and supply chain functions.
Proven ability to translate PLM data into business process improvements.
Strong technical proficiency with PLM software, integration technologies, and data platforms.
Excellent analytical, project management, and leadership skills.
Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills with executive-level communication ability.
Ability to work independently, handle ambiguity, and deliver under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
Experience in building business cases and leading POCs for data foundation initiatives.
Strong ability to operate independently and drive teams toward high-quality delivery.
Experience with global PLM transformation and enterprise-scale deployments.
