Job Description
Core Responsibilities
  • Monitor and resolve day-to-day incidents using tools such as ServiceNow.
  • Serve as the primary contact for functional issues, interacting with IT and business users.
  • Triage issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Adhere to service management processes including Incident, Change, Capacity, Problem, and Knowledge Management.
  • Maintain agreed SLA levels and ensure high-quality service delivery at all times.
  • Collaborate with SMEs to address functional issues and system enhancements.
  • Coordinate communications between suppliers, OEMs, and other IT stakeholders.
  • Track progress and report updates to stakeholders regularly.
  • Develop and enhance PLM functionalities as per customer requirements.
  • Assist in preparing operational reports and share regular updates with stakeholders.
Required Technical & Functional Skills
  • Strong experience in PDMLink and Windchill development and administration.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL and Oracle databases.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow and knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change, SLM, and Knowledge Management processes.
  • Experience interacting with manufacturing customers is a plus.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to share knowledge, mentor team members, and facilitate knowledge transition.
