Roles and Responsibilities

• Ingest and structure internal/vendor documentation, tickets, and SOPs for AI training.
• Collaborate with platform SMEs to refine AI outputs.
• Build and manage feedback loops to enhance AI accuracy and relevance.
• Design prompt templates and usage guidelines for engineers.
• Monitor AI performance and continuously optimize the knowledge base.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standards.

Required Skills

• Core: Python, Azure APIM, LangChain, LangGraph, GenAI/LLMs
• Tools: Git, Azure DevOps, VS Code, CI/CD pipelines, JIRA/ServiceNow (a plus)

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or technical documentation.
• Hands-on with GenAI/LLM frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph).
• Strong Python skills and experience with Azure services.
• Familiarity with platform ecosystems like OutSystems and AutoRABIT.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
