Technical / Functional Skills

• Application/Platform Automation Engineer to develop and deploy applications with SALT/Ansible experience for an Alteryx project.
• This resource will also lead the development of an Automation Center of Excellence for the Enterprise BI Tooling Group at TD. 
• Develop and implement Salt Scripting/Automation "Best Practices"  and generate quality documentation for all operating team members and cross train them.
• Similar scripting as "Ansible" language/tool.
• Work closely with automation platform architects and leads to develop and optimize automation scripts in support of application 
• Knowledge of software development tools, technologies and methodologies
• Work closely with Infrastructure teams during implementation of solutions
• Knowledge of IT system development, IT infrastructure and business processes with solid understanding of change management processes
• 5-7 years experience with a Build and Deployment tool 
• 5-7 years experience with industry standard web application servers (WebSphere or JBOSS experience a plus, WebSphere Certification a strong plus
• Experience with Python, AJAX, Basic JavaScript and JS libraries such as Extjs, JQuery, Angularjs
• Strong presentation and documentation skills
• Identify areas for improving efficiency and of repeatable processes and develop software solutions
• Experience in CI build tools such as Jenkins
