Roles and Responsibilities

• As a Platform Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the overall technical architecture and infrastructure of our platform. This includes software development, solution architecture, integration, and system architecture. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and scalability of our platform.
• Provide proof of concept planning and analysis and be able to champion ServiceNow capabilities throughout the organization.
• Partner with architecture group to deliver solution blueprints and other design documentation.
• Provide High Level Design and specifications for ServiceNow implementation.
• Ability to work independently and remotely

Required Skills

• Ability to “think big” and challenge conventional wisdom regarding technology refresh and hype.
• Demonstrated ability to build consensus among many stakeholders.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and willing to take principled bets on new technology.
• Deep understanding of cloud technologies, services, and solutions
• Oversee the entire delivery road map and the Themes of work.
• ServiceNow custom application/portal experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in solution architecture in development and or infrastructure organizations.
• ServiceNow certifications/experience in ITSM, ITOM, ITBM and security Operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
