	<li>Participate in daily/weekly stand ups, code reviews, and QA walkthroughs</li>
	<li>Adhere to platform architecture and best practices</li>
	<li>Work with scrum team in developing the sprint plan</li>
	<li>Complete assigned tasks within the sprint timeline and with high quality</li>
	<li>Ability to provide 24x7 on-call support on a rotation assignment</li>
