We are seeking an experienced Lead Consultant with strong expertise in Ping Identity and ForgeRock solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience deploying, configuring, integrating, and customizing Ping Identity products in large enterprise environments. The role requires deep knowledge of identity federation, authentication, access management, and enterprise security.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and integrate Ping Identity product suite, including:
- PingFederate
- PingAccess
- PingDirectory
- PingOne
- PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud (PingOne AIC)
- PingID
- Design and implement authentication and federation solutions for enterprise applications.
- Integrate multiple applications with Ping Identity platforms.
- Develop custom solutions using PingFederate, PingAccess, and PingDirectory SDKs.
- Implement Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions using various authentication methods.
- Perform performance tuning and security hardening of IAM solutions.
- Create proof of concepts (POCs), document technical solutions, and support implementation teams during deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure and scalable identity solutions.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of overall IT experience with strong expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM).
- Hands-on experience with PingOne AIC (Advanced Identity Cloud) deployment and configuration.
- Experience integrating enterprise applications with:
- PingFederate
- PingAccess
- PingDirectory
- PingOne AIC
- Strong experience with custom development using:
- PingFederate SDK
- PingAccess SDK
- PingDirectory SDK
- Experience implementing enterprise-grade MFA solutions.
- Strong understanding of performance optimization and security hardening.
- Expert knowledge of federation and authentication protocols:
- SAML 2.0
- OAuth 2.0
- OpenID Connect (OIDC)
- Strong understanding of directory services and user store concepts.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ForgeRock Identity Platform.
- Knowledge of ForgeRock Authentication and Identity Governance.
- Strong scripting skills in Groovy and Java.
- Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
