Job Description
Required Technical / Functional Skills
  • Strong experience in Physical Security Project Management and Program Management.
  • Hands-on experience with construction project management, C•CURE, and video surveillance systems.
  • Expertise in stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination.
  • Experience in budget tracking, schedule management, risk mitigation, and vendor management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and security project documentation tools.
Roles & Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Execution
  • Review and manage physical security project assessments received from business stakeholders.
  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including mobilization, design coordination, installation, commissioning, and operational handover.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Prepare programming sheets and technical documentation for security programmers and system administrators.
  • Ensure project closure through commissioning documentation, acceptance criteria, and KPI validation.
  • Provide regular project status updates and reporting.
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams for successful project execution.
  • Communicate project timelines, risks, dependencies, and progress through regular reviews and reports.
  • Escalate critical risks, delays, and issues with mitigation plans to leadership.
  • Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and technical/security teams.
Vendor & Financial Management
  • Track material allocation, installation activities, and vendor deliverables.
  • Support budget planning, forecasting, expense tracking, and variance reporting.
  • Ensure vendor deliverables align with project timelines and quality standards.
