Must-Have

• 8+ Years of Experience on Performance Engineering/Architecture and Stress & Performance(S&P) Testing using tools like Jmeter, Load Runner etc., 
• Scripting and automation experience using Groovy scripting,  Ready API and Powershell scripts.
• Knowledge of SQL scripting and analysis of SQL queries for performance optimization.
• Coordination with the respective project stakeholders to gather S&P testing requirements
• Design/Develop Performance Testing Plan and Performance Testing strategy based on the business specifications requirements and user requirements
• Analyze, interpret, and summarize meaningful and relevant results in a complete Performance Test Report.
• Presenting the results to the team and analyzing the bottle necks and resolving the issues from their end.
• Analyze S&P results to check for performance issues related to network latency, CPU performance, I/O delays, DB related issues, Infra Capacity etc.,

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Experience/Exposure to following tools like Log Insight, Grafana and APM dashboards
