Job Responsibilities

• Leverage deep knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM functionality to support implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the HCM system.
• Configure and manage HCM modules based on business requirements, ensuring they align with best practices and functional needs.
• Utilize People Tools to develop and implement customizations, ensuring system optimizations and enhancements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to map existing processes and translate them into PeopleSoft solutions, identifying gaps and proposing effective solutions.
• Demonstrate a strong desire to learn new technologies, tools, and best practices to develop skills and enhance system performance.
• Maintain a broad understanding of the entire PeopleSoft application suite, contributing to comprehensive solution design.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HCM configurations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Work closely with functional and technical teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment across modules.

Job Requirements

• Strong understanding of PeopleSoft HCM functionality and business processes.
• In-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft configuration within the HCM domain.
• Proficiency with People Tools, including application design, development, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to effectively map business requirements to system functionality, identifying gaps and proposing technical solutions.
