Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide techno-functional support for PeopleSoft FSCM modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Projects (PC), Accounts Receivables (AR), Billing (BI), and Asset Management (AM)
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely fixes for PeopleSoft applications
• Handle Consolidation, Elimination, and Allocations processes within the General Ledger
• Design, develop, and troubleshoot nVision reports, PS Queries, and custom reporting solutions
• Conduct Functional Overview sessions, Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), and prepare/review to-be process documents, Functional Designs, Test Cases, and conduct Functional Testing
• Collaborate with business users to understand existing enterprise application landscape and provide recommendations and solutions
• Configure, test, and implement changes to PeopleSoft system setups including Trees, Security, and Application Modules
• Participate in application upgrades, patching, and performance tuning as needed
• Provide on-call support during weekends and off-business hours as part of a production support rotation
• Support PeopleSoft Security administration and Tree Manager configurations

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in PeopleCode, Application Designer, Application Engine, Component Interface, SQR, and Integration Broker
• Experience with PeopleSoft Query, key transactional tables, and data flow understanding
• Proficiency in nVision reporting, Tree Manager, and Financial Statement configuration
• Knowledge of Oracle database systems and SQL
• Experience with WebLogic or similar web server technologies
• In-depth understanding of financial concepts including Accounting Principles, Cash Flow Statements, and Asset Management
• Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable, Billing, and other financial operations
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with other PeopleSoft modules such as HCM or Supply Chain
• Prior involvement in PeopleSoft upgrades or cloud migration projects
• Certification in Oracle PeopleSoft or relevant financial systems (preferred but not required)
