Roles and Responsibilities

• Work on ITSM tool – Service Now.
• Daily Operations – Solving L2 / L3 level tickets.
• Technical Gap Assessment and Resolution.
• Develop expertise to train staff in new technologies.
• Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies.
• Mentoring Jr support technicians.
• Participate in day-to-day aspects of a formal Agile/Scrum process, including contributing to Agile meetings.

Required Skills

• Must have current & extensive PeopleTools / PeopleSoft Financials Development (PeopleCode).
• Expertise in technical tools like Application engine, File layouts, SQR, XML publisher, Application packages, Component interfaces.
• Proficient in developing Design Document and Technical Design Document.
• Have worked on Fluid development and well versed with Tiles and Homepage.
• Expertise working with webservices to integrate third party applications.
• Trouble shoot production issues and provide solutions.

Required Experiences

• Experience working with Control M job scheduler to trouble shoot job failures.
• Experience working with change control tool like PHIRE, STATS etc.
• Experience with nVision/BI Publisher Reports Required.
• Hands on experience in developing and testing PTF scripts.
• Hands on SQL experience to write complex SQLs to fix data issues.
• Experience in GL/AP/AM/AR/Treasury and Cash Management modules.
