Job Summary
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for service delivery.
  • Understand client needs, expectations, and proactively address issues.
  • Monitor performance against SLAs, identify risks, and ensure corrective actions are taken when necessary.
  • Lead project teams to ensure timely, budget-compliant delivery, overseeing scope and progress.
  • Implement quality control measures to monitor service performance and ensure continuous improvement in service delivery.
  • Track KPIs and generate reports to evaluate service performance, pinpointing areas for improvement.
  • Address customer issues quickly, troubleshoot, and escalate critical incidents to appropriate stakeholders.
