Job Description

We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Project Manager with a strong background in Oracle PeopleSoft Financials, Agile methodologies, and enterprise software development. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end project delivery, from planning and execution to support and maintenance, ensuring successful outcomes for business-critical systems.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage PeopleSoft Finance application projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Provide troubleshooting, maintenance, and support for Oracle PeopleSoft applications and financial reporting tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business users, developers, and QA to define project scope and objectives.
  • Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.
  • Prioritize work effectively, balancing project deadlines with stakeholder expectations.
  • Ensure adherence to user-centered design principles and software development best practices.
  • Prepare and present project updates, technical documentation, and understanding documents based on source code analysis.
  • Work with DBAs to diagnose and optimize SQL queries.
  • Leverage AWS cloud services to improve system performance, scalability, and availability.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience with PeopleSoft Financials systems and financial reporting.
  • Deep knowledge of Agile/Scrum software development methodology.
  • Proficiency in ASP, ASP.Net, C#, MVC, Angular, DevOps, HTML/CSS, JavaScript.
  • Experience with Crystal Reports and advanced SQL querying.
  • Strong skills in requirements gathering and documentation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentations and stakeholder communication.
  • Working knowledge of software development architecture and design quality standards.
  • Experience with AWS cloud technologies.
  • Familiarity with job scheduling tools such as Autosys is a plus.
